Report based on SA04 FinAid StuFin

Hi,

I am trying to build a report to include students that have financial holds for not making tuition payment based off of SA04 FinAid StuFin data universe. Can anyone tell me who is more familier with SA04 FinAid StuFin that can help me with the report?
