PAF/Proposal Report in BO including PAF comments, indicators, and more

Hello, 

Does anyone know of an existing report in the Proposal Management universe that ties the PAF (DRDA #) to all PAF comments, revisions, re-submissions, etc?  I know the PAF data is available within the Proposal Management table, but I am having trouble when adding additional queries (mostly using query-on-query) to create a few reports within the Proposal Management table that include PAF details, comments, and submission tracking.  Thanks!
