As of Date for Academic Plans

I'm fairly novice at BO and I'm trying to pull historical data on our academic majors (Psych & BCN). I'm wanting to get the list of students who had these majors on a specific date.  I've tried several different filters and none of them are working (today's date, Acad, Plan Effdt (> than, < less than, between). I also tried to use the "As of Date-Predefined Condition" but I don't understand where I can manually enter a date prompt. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi,

It might be helpful to start with a U-M maintained query, to see how to the date filter is set up, and then modify it to suit your needs...when I'm looking for students active in a plan on a particular date I usually start with the query 'SA03 StuRec Active in Plan' which is located in U-M Maintained > Student > SA03 Student Records. This pulls all the active plans of the students in the plan you're looking for, which is probably not what you need, but you could either modify the query to run only for the plans you specify, or download the results to Excel and delete the rows for the plans you're not interested in.
