ELI IGSI Test Scheduled

For those international non-native English-speaking students who are
interested in being a GSI in EECS at any point in the future:

I have reserved time for you to be tested on Feb. 24 and 25. The tests
will take place in the EECS building.

You cannot take this test if you have taken it previously and were required
to take a course that you have not taken or are in the process of taking.
Those
currently taking ELI required courses this term will be tested at the end
of term.

This is not the same test that is taken upon entry to the U-Mich. (AEE).

You need to have taken, passed and/or completed all requirements outlined
by ELI before you can be placed in a GSI position in the department.

If you wish to sign up for this test, please stop in to my office at your
earliest
convenience. The openings are filled on a first-some first-served basis.
