According to the invitation letter sent to you by email from Khun Kalin, the Secretary General, on behalf of The Thai Chamber of Commerce and Board of Trade of Thailand (TCC) to invite you and the Board of Directors of The Union of Myanmar Federation of Chambers of Commerce & Industry (UMFCCI) to participate the Thai-Myanmar Trade Fair 2014.   Then I just would like to inform you that TCC are pleased to offer you, the UMFCCI Board Directors and Press from Myanmar totally 40 persons the round trip air tickets from Yangon to Mae Sot and also accommodation for 2 nights on 14-16 September 2014 for the trip. We would appreciate if we can hear from you any feedbacks and updates on this invitation from the UMFCCI Board Directors if possible by this Friday, 19 September 2014.   Then we, the working team, from this end can prepare and arrange in advance the flight and accommodation and any other necessary for you and the Board.  Thank you.

 

By the way, kindly be informed that we will publish the event ad in the Myanmar Times for 3 times on 22 & 29 September and 6 October 2014 respectively.  Herewith my email I have attached the copies of the invitation letter, the invitation card and the ad for your information and perusal.
