Dear CEO U Tint Swai,
Concerning with ACMECS Business Forum, UMFCCI will take care the delegates with the following hospitalities.
1. Day 1, arrival (21st June), UMFCCI will offer Welcome Dinner at the same hotel. Air port pick up will be arranged by UMFCCI.
2. Day 2, Forum Day (22nd June), Business Forum from 9:00-12:00 with refreshment in between and LUNCH after the FORUM in the same hotel.
3. Day 3, Summit Day (23rd June), ACMECS business leaders will present to the Summit in MICC 1. Transportation will be arranged.
To organize this event, pls kindly form the "ACMECS BF-2015 Secretariat" assigned UMFCCI staffs. IRD department head should be Secretariat and assign other two coordinators as a Secretariat Team. This Secretariat will be the focal person to deal with Myanmar Government and ACMECS National Chambers.
For detail arrangement, we need to form Organizing Committee and required sub-committees. Pls suggest the list.
Pls organize short meeting before EC meeting tomorrow. It should be around 12:00 noon.
