The letter what you sent is not request letter. that look like draft MOU. I mean you need to send request letter to get USD 5000 for contribution and attached MOU draft.

(1) We do not require them to invite Guest of Honour (point 5) as we are working directly with the Ministry
(2) We also do not require them to issue invite letters to overseas exhibitors to facilitate visa application
With this, can they consider reducing the fee to USD5,000 ? Please explain to them that this is our first show and hence we do not have a huge budget to work with.
