A NOTE FROM UNITY CHURCH:
About our “Cause”: Circle of Peace
Circle of Peace is a St. Paul neighborhood grassroots organization of peacemakers committed to breaking the cycle of inner city youth violence. The Circle of Peace, composed of Totem Town juvenile offenders, parents, grandparents, and community members, has great potential for impacting the community by creating a different, more positive relationship with youth in trouble. The circle has met once a week at Unity Church since last March, providing dinner hour meals and writing materials to all participants for developing plans for success. The Unity Church Restorative Justice Ministry Team and its community partner, Amicus, both support this exciting new community effort.
