UMFA Summer Event is Canceled

A brief article in the last UMFA
newsletter announced that a
summer social event that would include salsa dancing was being
planned for July 17. Upon further UMFA board review of location,
cost and arrangements, it has been determined best not to offer a
summer social event for this year and so the event is now canceled.
UMFA had a very successful 30th year including an exceptional Flute Fest with concerts held in collaboration with MacPhail Center for Music, a successful Laudie Porter Competition, an exciting Flute Choir Showcase, two Parlor Concerts and a collaboration Recital. Thank you for your support of and involvement in the Upper Midwest Flute Association (UMFA).
