will be available beginning from June 14, 2012.

Graduate Hills is located within 5-min walking distance to the UM
campus. Living in Graduate Hills community, it will be very convenient
for you to commute to the UM campus, metro stations (e.g., Prince
George Metro Station) and restaurants/shops (e.g., Target, Prince
George Plaza). Right in front of the community and nearby, there are
UM shuttle stops (for shuttles: 113, 118, 108, 110, 106, 111 – all
free for students) and metro bus stops (for buses: F8, F6, R3, C2, C4,
C8). Laundry rooms are located in several buildings. It is a very nice

If interested, you will be sharing this two-bedroom apartment with a
male UM graduate student, and will be responsible for USD 676 monthly
for the major bedroom (please note that starting from July 2012,
