a three bed- room unit in a single house in Greenbelt
one- minute to UMD shuttle bus stop (route 130 stop 21 )
ten- minute walk to Greenway shopping center with stores like Safeway supermarket, CVS Pharmacy, Dollar Tree, restaurants and banks.
the three tenants share a full bath, a kitchen and living area.
Two rooms will be available in mid September. If you need to move in earlier, I have a good extra room for temporary stay
500 a month ,including all utilities, AC, fios internet and laundry.
The remaining tenant is a male UMD post doc.
