Club meeting

So, how did the meeting go? What, if any, decisions were made about
what the club would do this year?

Meeting went well.  We decided on flyering campus this coming Tuesday (early evening at some point).  That will be the norm for flyering before meetings.  We will meet for 10 minutes or so before going out to make sure we have everything together.  We'll hand out 1/4 pages at dinner time at the Diner and South Campus Dining Hall the Monday before the meeting as well.  Diamondback ad will run that Monday as well.  For 1st Look Fair we'll need your parafoil and your tent.  Meetings we will have DVD's playing as people come in, so whoever has good ones... bring 'em.  Shirt order has been placed, I'll let you guys know when we get it.  I'd write more but I gotta run to class now.  Peace.
