Welcome Back "Weekend" details

Hi everyone! 
It's almost time.  I'm looking forward to seeing many of you at the Welcome Back "weekend" Thursday and Friday Aug 28-29.  Everyone is invited and if you haven't RSVPed please respond so we'll have enough food.  It'll be a great time to catch up with each other and get ready for the start of the year and welcoming new students. 

Here are the details as well as what to bring:
Times: Thursday 6:00-9:00PM (starting with dinner) and Friday 8:45AM-8:30 PM (we'll provide breakfast, lunch and dinner)
Location:  Wallace Presbyterian's House at the Crossroads - located at the corner of Route 193 and Metzerott Rd.  (please note that we'll be transitioning to my house Friday evening for dinner and our last activity)
Cost: $7 - to cover food; cash or check to InterVarsity is fine.  If $ is a problem, please contact me. 

Please bring:

• your schedule for the Fall Semester – classes, work, etc.;
• pen and Bible
  
• the follow up contact you've had with freshmen if you were given someone from the orientation activity fairs,
  
• your on campus parking pass if you have one to use on Friday afternoon;
  
• your summer offering if you were interested in giving to our chapter account for retreat scholarships and New Student events;
• if you requested a shirt and didn't pay Carol please bring your money for that too. 

If you have a special dietary need please contact me ASAP. 
Finally, if anyone is in town and has time on Wednesday afternoon or Thursday morning to help me for about an hour to replace the God? Wall post-its, please let me know.  No special skills are required. 

Finally, if you need housing Thursday night, please contact me.
