Hey everyone!

I just wanted to remind you guys about the great networking opportunity that we discussed about during the last GBM, the Career Fair!  Not only will this help AMSA earn money during a time of economic crisis, but it will count as a campus service activity, meaning that you will receive 1 service point for volunteering for a one hour shift.  The money that we earn will help us plan fun activities in the future.  Please note that there are only *10 spots* left and that you CANNOT BACK OUT from the shift once you've signed up.  Otherwise, AMSA will be banned from participating in the Career Fair in the future.  For more information about signing up and logistics, please read the following:

CALENDAR SIGN UP INSTRUCTIONS:

Selecting hours you would like to work is easy:

***Visit www.Careers.umd.edu/OrgVolunteers and login with your organizational account information (Username:umdamsaboard@gmail.com & Passcode: amsa@careerfair )***

Then select your availability. If you are a new user, complete the information in the section labeled "NEW USER - Student Information". After filling out your information and selecting shifts, be sure to click the "Submit Availability" button at the end or your selected times will NOT be added to the system. It is important that you then only select times that you know you are available. Mark it on your calendars, please.

If you are a returning user, complete the information in the section labeled "Update Availability". After refining your selection, be sure to click the "Update Availability" button at the end or your selected times will NOT be added to the system. That's it!

*WHERE TO MEET:
You should meet in 2208 Jimenez Room (2nd Floor, Stamp) approximately 10 minutes prior to your shift to allow for check-in. You must sign-in at the beginning of your shift and sign-out at the end in order to receive payment towards your organization.

*WHAT TO WEAR:
Dress pants or appropriate length skirt, polo or dress shirt (ties are not required). Comfortable shoes (you will do a lot of walking) such as tennis shoes are allowed. Feel free to bring different shoes if you want to attend the fair before or after your scheduled shift.

If you have any questions, don't be afraid of email any of the eboard members or message us on Elms.  We really appreciate your support, and we can't thank you enough!  Have a great week!

-Best regards,
Duyhoang Dinh
