Thank you Eric for the notice.  This does not give us enough time to organize appropriately.  

Unfortunately, I will be at a conference in DC on the morning of October, 2nd.   Nevertheless, I have included Pat, Bonnie, Suchitra and Deni in this email.  Deni created a Google group for the 17 civic associations that attended the meeting at my house a few months ago (she is representing Victor's office). 

Ladies,  Please spread the word ASAP!   The room must be packed!  Deni, please post and make request to all the groups.    

Eric,  would you please provide some guidance on how to present in front of the committee? What arguments to make?  Would you also be so kind and provide address, time and room number?   Thank you.
