Hi guys - I offered to help plan a mountain day. Please check calendars and select a date that may work.

The following will not work because for Ben and I:

Sat, March 3 (Tubbs Romp to Stomp)
Sat, March 10 (family visiting)
Sat, March 17 (can do - but not preferable since this is our anniversary weekend)

I had an idea that we could meet at our ski house (in Dillon) - eat breakfast and then plan a mountain day of activities - depending on weather. Once we set a date, I can develop these details a bit further.

If you guys could set a date, that would be wonderful. I won't be able to attend because I will be in the mountains. :)

Also - wanted to let you guys know that Ben was in a car accident last night. Thankfully no one was injured, but it looks like our car may be totaled.

Ben was a bit shaken and is sore today, but was mostly concerned about the other driver. She was fine too and was able to drive her car from the accident scene.

Thanks to everyone's work for the Fall Festival bake sale and dinner
and Gift Wrapping, we were able to provide two families with all the
gifts they requested and with food baskets.  Thank you Everyone!!!!

It is time to have a planning meeting to discuss what we want to do in
2012.  We made a last minute decision to have the meeting this Sunday
(the 22nd) after the 11:00 services.  We will walk over to Noodles &
Co for lunch and discussion/planning.  So, bring your ideas and your
calendars.

If you can't attend, but would like to provide some suggestions of
activities, please respond to this e-mail with your ideas.
