Hello,

I don't if we formalizef whats written on one side of the message for the fortune cookies yet. I will offer a suggestion below but Susan, if you've already finalized it, thats fine.

"Join us in celebrating the different cultures that make up the fabric of Upper Merion."

That's 15 words.

Let me know what works.

Also, Ashley, will we need a computer and a projector and screen for Jeopardy? Is that available to you from the Twp? If not, I might be able to bring on if we need. Or maybe it could just be played off of a laptop. Hopefully you can make it this Wed. to the meeting so we can finalize this stuff.

Everyone please remember to make a card with ingredients for the food you bring. If it's pre-packaged, than have the ingredients off the packet. I can bring 3 chafing stands and trays if needed. I will be using at least one. Does any one have food service gloves. We can figure out on Wed. who will bring what paper/plastc prods.

It is critical that we all try to make this last meeting.

Hello Chet,

We will need a projector screen and computer for the jeopardy game and I will contact the IT department to see if we could borrow a projector. I will be in attendance this tomorrow for the meeting and I do apologize for messing as many meetings as I did. I was running a program you the youth in my community and then I went on vacation.
