Meeting tomorrow - 8/30/2011 @7:30

Hello all.

Let's all plan to meet tomorrow at the usual time and place. I purchased the small flags that Mitali's dancers can use during their routine and then can displaed on our tables. I have a sample pf the "thali" or plate that my wife is ordering for us to serve our food in. I also have the old Upper Merion maps from Franklin Maps in my possesion.

Lenny Seidman of Spkoen Hand has still not heard back from anyone at the Twp. regarding the Stage Plot that he and I both forwarded. Dan, it would be great if you or someone from the twp would call him or me to confirm that all is okay regarding the michrophones, etc. I would hate to see this part of our plans fall through.

I hope everyone is well; lets start finalizing things this and next week. Please share any updates.

Hi Chet-

I did send the plot to Bill but I think my emails keep getting bounced with Lenny. I will try and contact Bill today to make sure all is well but I don't think there will be any issues.

Thanks Chet for the flags. I have some small flags too. I do have 2 big  US flags and 4 big Indian outdoor flags
which I'm going to use for my dance.
Let me know if you would like to use those flags to display

Possibly for a couple if individual or small dance routines. Lets talk tonight. Also, Spojen Hand should probably go first that day because they will need time to set up and then breakdown and get out quickly as well.

We may be able to make this work without the portable stage but it is VERY important to keep Bill Belz in the loop as he is our production manager. Can you please forward over the list of performers for the day?

Bill- I can always bring in the portable stage or bandwagon for additional staging.

I hop all is well. Sorry I have been out of the loop for so long there is just so much going on with me. Here is the Jeopardy game I have created. When you open the file click view slide show and you can play the game straight from the second slide. Once you pick a category the question will appear. You can click your mouse once to reveal the answer (some times twice) and once the answer appears you click the mouse again to go back to the board and choose another category.
