Spoken Hand and other entertainment

I have informed Spoken Hand that theybwill be going on at 11:00am as was discussed in our last meeting. They will need to start setting up at 9:30am. They will be playing
anywhere from 15mins - 20mins. While they are breaking down, Mitali's childrens dance group can go on in front of the gazebo. Mitali, can you please co-ordinate with Bill Belz, who is copied here on how the music will be played for your dancers as well as the music for the Chinese Dance being performed by your friend. I'm sure he will need the music on a cd or an ipod.

I am not persuing any other performances at this point with KoP Players or anyone else at this point as time is short and I frankly have no more time to devote to this for this year. Hopefully, next year we can get a broader representation of cultures.
