"testimonial journal" that people could possibly write their names in
as well as a short description of their journey to UM and where they
came from. It would also be a way to capture email addresses and
contact info for those who care to volunteer in the future. I was
looking at some on Amazon... tell me what you think or suggest
something else....

customized. Daryl and I both like the Tree of life one the best and
Ashley posted yesterday that she likes them all, but she liked the
"World" one the best. Does anyone else have a preference? I like the
Celtic one because it is impressive in it's size and design.
Personally I like the tree metaphor and also, I actually like that it
represents one distinct people's and culture. Any other thoughts. If
there are no objections than I will go ahead and ask Daryl to order
that particular one as she is going to need it soon to have it
specialized for us.

I have available: 2 large folding tables, 1 medium folding table, about
15 folding chairs.
I will make tres leche cake which is Latin
American and delicious and can be served in small pieces.
I will take care of the sheet for people to
sign-up with names and email addresses.
I don't think we need the enticement of the
jelly bean jar to guess for people to be interested in signing up -
so I am thinking let's forget that idea.
Consensus?
Me availability for next week for a meeting is: Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday - after 6.
Should I post this email on the google account - or does it happen
automatically? I think I just figured it out.
