Happy womens day, to all the ladies,
hope this day will be symbolic to all of ya.
Don't flame me for this, but I have entirely embraced the idea that the best part of this day is to remenber how far you ladies have come from. Remember those days, when women were not allowed to eat enkonko nkulu, ensenene, gnuts etc
hmm hmm the same women were not allowed to sit on stools/chair but only to eat or talk while kneeling,
ah ah thoz days they were not allowed to wear trousers or even allowed to wear watches,
kitchen was their place of work but damn... all that has changed. they r nw in banks, telecoms, transport, media, ict etc.

The saying "A woman is like a tea bag –– you never know how strong she is until she gets in hot water."  --Eleanor Roosevelt
explains that part of the story. It was indeed hot then, but after 100 years, all has changed.the word is EMANCIPATION

Anyways, i wish u all a special day. Surprised no single lady has invited me to lend a hand in cooking, MESSAGE READ OUTLOUD "taste preferences at play". .........only if ur the shububu ha ha.

Here's a little bit of inspiration to make your day fun, fabulous and full of joy.

"if we have our own 'why' of life, we can bear almost any 'how.'" --Friedrich Nietzsche

Naye banange newankubadde am a slow cooker, but i think i would have made a great chef or even a toothpick attendant for the day. Guess, i am left with serving myself to this steamed bread and baked beans.
