Fellow Vita user with Adrenaline, I got my game in the ISO file, but placed the debug file in a save. It isn't working and can't bring up the menu, what folder exactly should I place the debug file in? Thank you for the content btw!
A menu that allows you to skip to any mission. R and L change the "stage" (Pre-Empire, Low Empire, High Empire), analog Up and Down change the character and analog Left and Right to change the mission. Pressing X will warp you next to the desired mission marker. Additionally, any missions that would normally need to be completed for the chosen mission to unlock will be marked as such but they do not add to the overall completion percentage.
Removed missions don't normally appear selectable, but as the menu defaults to "Level 1" and reopens on the character you closed it on, you can force the game to display Gonzales' removed mission. Selecting it warps you in front of Diaz's mansion, presumably where the mission would have started.

When booting the game it will take a little longer to start as thats where all the magic happens. Once in-game, just like with the original, the menu can be opened and closed by pressing L + UP. And when saving your cheat preferences from the menu a config file will be created which automatically re-loads everything the next time you start the game.
