bulk actions in Umbraco Belle (7+)

Is there provision for content managers to make bulk actions under Umbraco Belle?

i.e. bulk move/copy/delete content or media.

Yes, indeed. In the latest iteration of the UX on Github you can see that the table views of content are slowly coming together. That's meant to be used for "tabular data" (and the artist formerly known as a 'container document type') which is data that doesn't have a natural hierarchy (such as news, blog posts, events, products, etc).
