UMap doesn't work correctly with zoom of non-integer

Hi,
When I set zoom level to a non-integer value, then I move the map and
I see the map doesn't follow the mouse pointer correctly. The
functions getComponentXYFromLatLng, panByXY don't also work correctly
with non-integer zoom level.
Can you please show me how to fix these problems?

to UMapper
You have to have an integer as a zoom level. The easiest solution will
be to round the number.
