Need support for mapping

I am launching a new site in 2 weeks and these maps are key. I have
created some maps that work great http://bethesdarealestate.com/bethesda-zip-codes/
and I created another one that won't load even though it's the same
type of data http://bethesdarealestate.com/montgomery-county-high-schools/.
I need to create several others but I'm concerned now and don't want
to invest more time and money until I know it will work.
