Quick Access Should be automatic on your Google Phone. You do not need to unlock your phone, but the screen must be awake to use your Mobile Talon Card. If you are having trouble with accessing your Mobile Talon Card in your Google Wallet, follow the steps below:
If you are having issues where the Mobile Talon Card requires you to authenticate with your Face ID, Finger ID or Passcode before it will complete a read, check your Express Mode/Quick Access settings to ensure it is turned on. If it is on but you are having the issue still, toggle it off then on again. Then, go to your Settings app and toggle Wallet in the Face ID setting (it doesn't matter if this setting is off or on, but toggling it should resolve the issue).
You should deactivate any use of the Mobile Talon Card before selling or discontinuing use of your current device. Failure to do so may prevent you from adding the Mobile Talon Card to another device going forward.
The Eagle Card has gone mobile! Now, you can use your Eagle Card across campus for things like door access, meal payment, or printing. The links below provide directions on loading the mobile credential to your phone.

Does anyone know if there is a way to view the item cards using the Mobile App (for iOS or IPads). We have a lot of data we collect on a board and am trying to limit the scrolling on the mobile experience? If the item cards are not available on the mobile app, has anyone found any good workarounds?

At this time, I am afraid the item card feature is not currently supported in our mobile app. That being said, we will circle back with our team on any development updates, and get back to you if we hear any further insight.
Opt-in required. Account must have initial eligible direct deposits, must be in good standing and have an activated chip-enabled debit card to opt-in. Ongoing eligible direct deposits and other criteria apply to maintain eligibility for overdraft protection. Only debit card purchase transactions are eligible for overdraft protection and overdrafts are paid at our discretion. We reserve the right to not pay overdrafts. For example, we may not pay overdrafts if the account is not in good standing, or is not receiving ongoing eligible direct deposits, or has too many overdrafts. Overdraft fees may cause your account to be overdrawn by an amount that is greater than your overdraft coverage. A $15 fee may apply to each eligible purchase transaction that brings your account negative. Balance must be brought to at least $0 within 24 hours of authorization of the first transaction that overdraws your account to avoid a fee. Overdraft protection is only available on Demand Deposit Accounts that meet eligibility requirements. Log into and refer to your Account Agreement to check feature availability.
