GE Vingmed System Five

I was asked to downgrade a GE Five with Echopac 6.3 Mac OS 9.0 to Echopac 6.1.1 and Mac OS 8.1. I performed the Echopac install standalone successfully and have a working GE Five but they will not connect. I need the installation manual for Echopac 6.1 but it does not exist on the GE manuals website.

I find a procedure for 6.4 but this does not work. Does anyone have the 6.1 manual or experience connecting a class C network on GE backplane 192.168.xx to a class A network 3.222.xx on the Echopac inside the Mac?

The Mac tcp/ip will allow setup on the 192.168 .xx to the backplane at 192.168.128.29 but I see no router when capturing boot log on hyper terminal. The GE uses 10 based T 802.3 with the Mac and the backplane connecting to what appears to be a hub. The Echopac setup will not all any setup beyond 192.16.xx. Is there a subnet mask that will allow class a to class c connectivity?
