How did they get a submarine????

:-) Two thumbs up.

Basically it shows me, that I've to start to do something instead of talking bullshit all day.

The submarine is home made and is Peter Madsen's previous project!

I can imagine his grand kids in school: "My grandfather built his own
submarine and he used it to tow his catamaran out to the sea, which
then was used as platform for launching himself into space on his home
made spaceship powered by his home made rocket."

Cool. Is it online somewhere? We can add it to their media page
http://www.copenhagensuborbitals.com/press.php or post on their
facebook wall.

Thanks, German is fine for me - phrases like "verrükte Dänen" are
always easy to understand ;)

Yes, they are very open. When they had the "sail out" event , people
could come close and even touch the rocket :D
They also have a very active blog in Danish where they post many
technical details and discussions. They are non-profit and plan to
make everything available to extent possible under EU export control
law.

Currently the launch is planned for 9 AM CET. There should be some
sort of live coverage here
http://ing.dk/artikel/111515-livedaekning-operationen-starter-lige-efter-midnat

The TV channel who will be there is only available via satellite and
cable and I do not have it here. If I find something on the web I'll
let you know (you can log in to Google chat or something)
