android client for rtl_tcp network connection?

I have rtl_tcp running on a linux server on my network and would like to access it from an Android device.

I use the following command line to run the server: /usr/bin/rtl_tcp -a 192.168.1.100 -p 1234 -s 1024000

I tried both SDR Touch and glSDR ... neither work, although SDR# on my Windows computer works just fine.

Is there some flag for rtl_tcp I am missing, or a common setting to SDR Touch / glSDR I am missing?
