Qtcsdr runs on the Raspberry Pi and interfaces with an RTL-SDR dongle and RpiTx
to create a simple transceiver radio. Watch it in action:

I just installed qtcsdr on a Raspberry Pi 3 under Raspbian Jessie (NOOBS
release: <https://www.raspberrypi.org/downloads/noobs/>), and it works very
well. Here's how:

git clone https://github.com/ha7ilm/qtcsdr
cd qtcsdr
./rpi-install.sh
./rpi-test.sh

Launch X11 (startx).
Open a terminal window and run the executable found in the qtcsdr/build
directory.

I was able to receive broadcast FM and Air Traffic Control signals without
difficulty.

qtcsdr appears to run just fine on the RPi3 despite compile time errors. No
external USB sound card required for the RPi3.

I haven't attempted to transmit yet...
