The receiver itself can receive digital broadcast, but when after installing Zadig for RTL-SDR, how can i listen to digital radio (DAB / DAB+), what software to be used?

Thanks!

It's something I've wanted to do, but haven't got around to yet, there's

http://www.zsn.zhaw.ch/de/engineering/zsn/projekte/gnu-radio.html

which is a gnu-radio module and associated bits that does DAB+
decoding, passing an AAC stream out.

Some parts of http://sourceforge.net/projects/opendab/ might help.

But, as you're using Zadig, you're probably on windows, If you just
want to listen to DAB+ broadcasts, the software that usually comes
with the stick should let you do that if you've installed the stock
drivers. worked for me at least with my G-Tek stick.

Cheers
Paul.

Somebody can correct me if I wrong, but I think you need to use Zadig to revert back to the OEM driver before the OEM software will work.

It would be a nice thing if SDR# could decode DAB to audio eventually, but it's not really a big deal.
I have a related question, I'll ask it on another post.

On the subject of listening to DAB via RTL-SDR, I noticed this interesting youtube video today. If the project matures to a Windows app or a plug-in it will be very well 'received' :)

The 16QAM constellation diagram display is very cool. I used to use Hewlett Packard test equipment costing tens of thousands of dollars twenty years ago to display that. We did modulator/demodulator alignments with it on microwave communications systems. It can visually show a number of mal-adjustments and make it a snap to pull the system back into spec.
