sunshine! if u want to loose weight you should change
ur eating habbits and exercise. the best way is to go
to a nutriotionist and have him make a diet for you.
do not look for weightloss methods in eating
disorders. this means permanent changes in ur brain,
this means devastation to your body, this means bneing
a slave to food- one way or another-this means
obsession and fear- this means that u will never be
happy no matter how thin u get.
and this is why you want to loose weight, right? to
feel good, to be happy. so please, please dont go
towards this.
right now i have a nutritionist, a therapist and a
psyhiatrist- i have support from friends and all the
professional help i need- and i still cannot recover.
ppl tell me that im thin, but i just dont see it.
