hey girls, i noe how u all feel specially after throwing up 3 times
this week already..now im jst sticking to skipping dinners which are
the reason y i was vomiting in the first place.
the best thing id suggest to u all is NOT to skip breakfast ull slow
down ur metabolism for the rest of the day n wont lose any weight!
have something small during the morning as well, ull burn this off
throughout the day. lunch..limit urself even more(150 cals or less), n
by 4pm u should have ur last meal, i suggest cereal so that by the
next morning u get rid from it all. so far so good, thats actually
working for me! however, im also walking at least once every day,
45mins minimum. uhmmmmmm the best way to stop urself from getting into
the habit of bingeing and vomiting is to stop the bingeing! have heaps
of water or diet coke , go for a walk, search the internet, talk to
someone, go to ur room n have a look at urself in the mirror..is the
bingeing really worth it?? dont think so!!ur hips looks so much better
without all the fat!!!
