I'm so down at the moment! I can't seem to shift any weight! I know i
Have lost some as my sides are getting tighter and i can see my hip's
now and i'm proud I've got to this point but this is just the start!
I've got so much further to go! I really need some support! I ended up
bingeing today and I! Really dissapointed in myself! I got rid of it
all but i feel there is more i should be doing! If there is anyone win
is willing to chat to me and give me some help i'd be so grateful! X

Heya. I no wt ur goin through, coz i also feel that i'm not really
shiftin any weight. although my jeans r startin 2 be 2 big for me!! I
binged last nyt too which i was well disapointed with myself!! :( &
my friends jus fink tht i'm some problemd person hu likes 2 either not
eat at al or throw it all up afta i have eaten. :(

I get so annoyed with people that think they know! I get that too, all
i want to do is be able to feel good about myself and the way i look,
i'm big at the moment as i had to put on weight but its coming off!
But so bloody slowly, do you Have any good tips? X

Yea i no! if i dnt eat in front of my m8s they make a comment like 'o
jess aint eatin today' nd if i do eat like the smallest thing i feel
so i go off to the toilet to be sick init. they wnt let me go to the
toilet. they are all saying that i'm gunna end up in the looney bin
like hannah frm hollyoaks! nd it really puts me dwn becusae its alryt
4 them there skinny, perfect and get attention frm boys init. then
theres me fat ugly nd all guys treat me like dirt!! so at the moment
im feelin a lil alone nd shit coz no1 understands!
But yeah i no the weight dnt cum off quicj enough for me either its
takin ages!
Umm im afraid i dnt realy have any good tips, but i can say be
determined nd dnt keep caving in like me :(

hey girls, i noe how u all feel specially after throwing up 3 times
this week already..now im jst sticking to skipping dinners which are
the reason y i was vomiting in the first place.
the best thing id suggest to u all is NOT to skip breakfast ull slow
down ur metabolism for the rest of the day n wont lose any weight!
have something small during the morning as well, ull burn this off
throughout the day. lunch..limit urself even more(150 cals or less), n
by 4pm u should have ur last meal, i suggest cereal so that by the
next morning u get rid from it all. so far so good, thats actually
working for me! however, im also walking at least once every day,
45mins minimum. uhmmmmmm the best way to stop urself from getting into
the habit of bingeing and vomiting is to stop the bingeing! have heaps
of water or diet coke , go for a walk, search the internet, talk to
someone, go to ur room n have a look at urself in the mirror..is the
bingeing really worth it?? dont think so!!ur hips looks so much better
without all the fat!!!

thnxs 4 the comment! it reaaly helped me see sumthing bout me as i
read it! So far im throwing up at least 3-4 times a day. nd it is
really taking a toll on my throat! it is soo soar nd it hurts wen I
sallow :(. but i cnt seem to stop atm. its now a habit! as soon a i
have eaten something i have gt to throw it back up :(. The only thing
i have found that i dont throw up is strawberries. which is weird
because i dont normally eat them but in 80g there is only 22kcal!!
WOW. so that is basically wt i eat all day nd sum water.
anyway how ave you been??

hey jess, plss get out of that habit! i understand how it feels...it
happens to me every now n then but now im more capable of controlling
it.y dont u try to start bak from scratch?? it really does help
fasting for one day, n then taking it up from der.convince urself that
eating jst a smll amount of food is actually gonna help u lose weight.
ive realized that wen i do vomit i feel even worse later on.....u
noe...guilty..ashamed..it puts me down.
ive been alryt for the past couple of days, having less dan 500
calories a day, exercising, keeping up at work, n most important of
all..FEELING GOOD N LOSING WEIGHT!
at least try to follow my advice for one or two days..see how u feel n
all...if anything, u can always go bak to ur routine.

i no i need to get outt that habit because my throat is becoming soo
soar :( But i get cravings allthe time so then i binge and then i feel
guilty. So then i will go and throw it bak up, then i dont feel
guilty. I have tried to start from scratch but it just doesnt wrk. But
I shall start again today i shall eat only 500 kcal a day and not
throw it bak up.
