To: competition <compe...@ultimatefederation.eu>

Dear Members,
This is a friendly reminder to submit your national championships to be counted towards the EUCS!
The deadline for submission is December 15th and was selected so that the teams know during the registration process if they can expect their national championships to count towards the ranking or not

Please use this form to submit all individual dates: https://eucs.ultimatefederation.eu/host-an-euf-event
All dates and information must be inserted correctly until December 15th

The requirements below are taken from the rules document: https://eucs.ultimatefederation.eu/rules-document
Requirements for approval:
  • Max Points Cap: 15
  • Format: 7v7
  • Minimum Game length: 60 minutes
  • In case a tournament needs to have four (4) games a day, the game length can be reduced to 45 minutes
  • Ruleset: WFDF (Optional: EUF Appendices) + WFDF SOTG System
  • Mixed: Gender Ratio A + Gender Pulling
  • Surface: Grass or Turf (artificial grass)
  • Minimum Nr. of Teams: four (4) within the division
  • Minimum Nr. of Games: three (3) /team
The submission has to include all games played on all weekends for all phases for the submitted division.
All weekends/Game days within the official Season of the year have to be included. It is not possible to for a team to choose specific weekends or games while others are cut out.
National Federations can set the EUCS requirements how they prefer.
If the NF is not forcing all teams to count the National Championships for the EUCS, Team can opt in during the registration process of the EUCS.
A team can not opt in for specific weekends/weekdays

Thank you
Nemo
