REMINDER: UdL AGM 2026 and UdL Membership Fees 2026

Dear all,

The Board would like to remind you all that the 2026 UdL Annual General Meeting takes place next week, on Thursday June 4th starting at 19h n Meeting Room 1 at the Maison des Sports (3 route d'Arlon, L-8009, Strassen).

In the AGM, we will approve the accounts for 2025 and go over 2026 so far and our objectives for the rest of the year.

Please note that this is a voting year. Please consider putting your name forward for this. At the AGM, we will only vote for the new board and afterwards we will share the tasks across the board members. 

For those unable to attend, we would request that you fill in the attached Power of Attorney document so that you are able to have a vote on the evening.

Please note that you must be a member to have the possibility to vote so we would encourage everyone who has yet to do so, to pay their 2026 membership fee (€50 (25 for students and "temporary" members). The bank account details for payment are as follows::
