2025 Udl AGM / EGM minutes + membership fee reminder

Please find attached the minutes from the 2025 UdL AGM and EGM. You will also find attached the updated UdL statutes which were unanimously approved during the EGM.

We are already over half way through the year so could the members who have not yet paid their 2025 membership fees please look to doing so. It is a monetary amount of €50 for one year ( €25 is also available to students and "temporary" members).
