Dear Team,

The below BBQ is a yearly event and is great fun - we could even bring the
frisbee and play - apparently there is a huge garden in the back.

You are all invited. Wanna bring anyone else along, no problem.

Please let me know if you are coming and I'll let Martin and Jens (the
organisers) know.

It's a great occasion for having a great time and meeting people!

Yes, it´s time again for the yearly party at the Scout-Chalet in
Neiheisgen. Everything you need to know is this:

- Date: 14th of July (13th to 15th actually)

- Same place and procedure as every year

- The big party is on Saturday evening but doors open on Friday
night 6pmand close Sunday afternoon 4pm

- Food and drinks are taken care of. The only thing you need to do
is to show up (ideally in a good mood – if this is not feasible we`ll take
care of that as well)

- Do not miss the Friday night pre-party. If you can`t make it
Saturday, you have to show up Friday (New rule – no excuse accepted)

- Any other details can be found on the invitation attached, if
not, call me or send me an email.

As it´s only 1 month to go, it would be really great if you could let me
know rather quickly:

- if you are coming

- with how many people you will be showing up (don`t forget – your
friends and family are very welcome)

- when you will be arriving (i.e. Friday only, Saturday only or
the whole shebang)

- if you need a place to sleep (not talking about the kitchen
floor or on the grass outside like some people the last times but a real
luxurious bed)

- and if you need to be picked up somewhere (airport, train
station, Las Vegas…yeah baby yeah!)

I would be REALLY happy if you could make it.
