Dear WFDF Member National Federations

(WBUC 2025)

Please be advised: WBUC 2025 has a date change!

Unfortunately, after announcing our WBUC dates, the city announced that the MotoGP will be moving to the city to be hosted on that same weekend - hotel pricing and our block holds were immediately changed. There is no way WBUC can be hosted on the originally planned dates. LOC has worked hard to re-set the planning and permits and necessary arrangements to enable the event to take place a few weeks later than planned. 

WBUC will be hosted in Portimāo, Portugal from 16 to 22 November, 2025.

The Event Bulletin will be issued in the coming week before Christmas - with NF's given through January to make firm decisions about sending teams to the event - the bid list will be shared in January after pre-registrations close.
