Server 127.0.0.1 broken

Hi, i installed ulteo to try this app http://keme.sourceforge.net/
This app need many dependencies and when i install them (I installed that in chroot /opt/ulteo) i can't access to the aplication server localhost ( I tried in other application server and the result is the same)

I think that when I install the packages and dependencies, they are updateing some ulteo files
