About the future of Ulteo

I have read some post saying that ulteo won't continue existing. I wrote through the contact form and no one answered to me. I am thinking about start a proyect with Ulteo, but I cannot take the risk to adopt a software that won't continue evolving in the future ... ¿could someone tell me something about the future of ulteo please?

I would assume that things are going strong now that http://www.ulteo.com/ has been redesigned.  Looks like there is a new version out 4.03 and they have a community edition listed once again.

Also I have quoted licenses and support so I would assume these are all very good signs.
