ULMC: Socials Coming Up!

Hi,

This Thursday we are having the first of our regular mountaineering socials at the Penderel’s oak pub in High Holborn.

Come along from 8pm (the postcode of the pub is WC1V 7HJ and it is marked on google maps, between Holborn and Chancery Lane stations) so come along for a chat and a pint!

Also now is your chance to ask committee members about the Freshers trips, or just to see who we are if you did not manage to make it to our welcome event, so please come along.

Some of us are also going to the screening of Yosemite Uprising, part of the Reel Rock Film Tour, on the evening of Monday 20th October at Conway Hall in Holborn.

This is a new documentary on the history of the legendary climbing counter culture of the Yosemite valley that laid some of the foundations for what climbing, and especially 'big wall' climbing, has become.
