Step 1: Once you order your tickets online, you will receive an email with a link to your tickets. Open the email on your phone and tap the link of the event name you wish to add to your digital wallet.

Step 3: Present your mobile ticket on your phone at the gate. Gate attendants will scan the barcode directly from your phone. Each mobile ticket should be kept secure and treated like any other valid ticket.

A mobile ticket contains a unique ticket verification or QR code. It also contains the customary ticket information that you are familiar with seeing on a traditional paper ticket, including game date, time, and seat location. An example of what your mobile ticket will look like can be seen above.

You will be able to manage your tickets through the BC Athletics mobile app or online at BCEagles.com. First, search "BC Athletics" in your app store to locate and download the app. Upon downloading the app fans will see an initial login screen to set preferences to receive push notifications for sports of your choice. This initial login screen is not tied to your Ticket Office account. Once notification preference have been saved, fans can log in to manage their tickets by clicking Tickets in the bottom right-hand corner and logging in using their email address and password tied to their Ticket Office account.

We recommend that you add all your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet prior to gameday. This will prevent you from having to deal with connectivity issues at the gate as the tickets will be stored in your digital wallet.

Yes, you can still transfer your tickets via the BC Athletics mobile app or online at BCEagles.com. The ticket in your wallet will be voided once transferred. You will notice the "Hold Near Reader" message will no longer appear on the ticket.

Once users select their preferences in the following screens, they may proceed through the app to resume the mobile ticketing process and should not expect to see the app login screen in their next session.

Yes, you will have the ability to swipe through multiple tickets on your phone for scanning on behalf of your party. However, we recommend transferring a ticket to each person in case you wish to enter the stadium at separate times.

A sender can only transfer an individual ticket to one email or mobile phone number. Recipient will have seven (7) days from when the transfer was initiated to accept the ticket. Once a ticket is accepted, the sender can no longer retrieve them or send them again.

The sender has the option to cancel a transfer before the transfer is completed. Once a transfer is completed, the recipient can then transfer a ticket to one email or mobile phone number. Each recipient has one opportunity to transfer.

You can log into your account via your desktop or phone and transfer the tickets directly from your account. The barcodes on your tickets in your Mobile Wallet will disappear and the tickets will be nullified.

No. We recommend contacting the USC Ticket Office at (213) 740-4672 (GOSC) or ticketoffice.usc.edu to make arrangements as you will not be able to use the digital ticket option on game day without a smartphone.

Our venues are equipped with Wi-Fi services. However, to guarantee seamless entry, we recommend downloading your tickets prior to arriving at the venue. They can be saved directly to Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet.

Season Ticket Holders will not receive an email with links to their season tickets. Please access your tickets through the USC Trojans Game Day app or at USCTrojans.com/MyAccount.

FOOTBALL:Student football season tickets and guest student tickets are mobile and must be accessed/managed in the same manner as general ticket holders. The Legion Pass app does not carry student football tickets, but students may check into The Legion Pass at the Coliseum to earn rewards points.

ALL OTHER SPORTS:Students may use their barcode in The Legion Pass app to gain free entry into men's basketball, women's basketball, men's volleyball, women's volleyball and women's soccer home events. No additional tickets are required.

Resale tickets purchased on SeatGeek follow a separate ticketing process on its platform that can be used on game day. Fans who need non-emergency assistance may call 888-497-4335. Fans who require day-of-event assistance may call (888) 982-0181 or visit the SeatGeek Help Center page for common questions and assistance.

Please note that verified resale tickets can only be purchased through SeatGeek, USC Athletics' official secondary market partner. USC Athletics does not recommend nor is liable for purchases made on any other resale provider.

Fans may purchase an official commemorative ticket personalized with their seat location and score of the game at Stub-E.com/Trojans. Please note that commemorative tickets cannot be used for entry as they are printed and shipped after each game.

Mobile tickets use email or text messaging to send your tickets directly to you after purchase. These tickets are optimized for display on your smartphone device. Best of all, the app is FREE and can can be downloaded from the iTunes App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android).

PLEASE NOTE: To avoid issues on game day, please download and save tickets/parking passes in advance, as venue connectivity can vary. Yes, the TSF staff conducted two zoom meetings with our fans, and they were overwhelmingly in favor of making the move to digital tickets.

How will the mobile ticket delivery work?
Starting this fall, Mizzou Athletics will no longer print and mail game tickets to fans or offer a printable PDF option. This decision was made to move to a contactless entry for the safety of our fans, while also protecting fans tickets from fraud and counterfeit problems that have accompanied PDF print at home tickets in previous years.

Printed PDF tickets WILL NOT be accepted at any Mizzou Athletics venues for admittance. Beginning this year, all tickets will be fully digital and accessible only via your mobile device. In short, your phone is your game ticket to watch the Tigers!

Where can I download the Mizzou Athletics app at?
Fans can download the Mizzou Athletics app free of charge from the App Store or Google Play. The app is a great source of information on all your favorite Mizzou teams, as well as your ticket into the game!

What if my friend(s) and I arrive to the game at different times?
As in past years, each person entering the game will need a ticket to get in. You can transfer tickets to each member of your party individually prior to your arrival.

What if my smartphone or phone battery dies on game day?
Fans can go to our Memorial Stadium ticket resolution windows, at Gate 1, as well as the main box office at Mizzou Arena for assistance. Mobile help desks will also be available on each side of Memorial Stadium to assist fans on game day. Additional information will be sent to ticket holders in advance of the game to handle issues such as this.

May I have multiple tickets on one phone?
