What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Youdao Dict 4.4 program.
2. ulipad launch failure.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Just crashed.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Latest ulipad-4.1, on Win7(64)

Please provide any additional information below.
I've been debugging ulipad, and found this problem.
When I changed the port from 50000 to 50001, ulipad started successfully.
*I think the port failure needs to be catched and output a more friendly
failure message.*
