Dynamic Cgroups

Hello to everyone, i've heard from ulatencyd and i think it is great. I want to know how does it handle the so called "dynamic cgroups", because i want to make something similar for a project of mine. The core of the project will be cgroup's memory subsystem and i need to change the memory limits when the tasks in the current cgroup are paused (OOM will be disabled) when the limit is reached so they can resume their activities. So, what i want to know if is somewhere in the code of ulatencyd i can see something similar to that feature i'm looking for. Thanks in advance and sorry for my bad english.
