bug: 100% CPU usage

Hi,

First of all, I really appreciate your work on ulatencyd, it's great! :)

I am running latest version 0.4.9 now and the attached screenshot says all, I haven't had such issues with previous versions (not sure about 0.4.8 though). It's 50% on the screenshot because that's some hyper-threading or whatever on this N450 atom CPU and it has 2 virtual cores, one real AFAIK.

Maybe you already have an idea what it might be, but if not just tell me what I can do to help with debugging this.
