[ul-docs] Documentation about the Build Server on our Wiki

All - I have outlined the type of documentation we need to create for the Build Server. Please take a look at http://docs.unity-linux.org/Category:Build_Server - if you have used the Build Server even once, you can contribute documentation. I have left a note on that page describing how to go about doing the documentation. Please do not reply on "someone else" doing that because there isn't anyone else :-) The people who administer the BS have their own set of documentation to create :-)
