we need to be careful about the way this is changed. First of all
this document is still completely correct and acceptable "as is".
While we have developed new tools to improve efficiency, prior
knowledge of rpm packaging is required to understand the new tools.

As Matt has found out before, trying to bypass the rpm building stage
was a mistake and only confused people further.

I will rework the document. Unfortunately my home situation at the
moment is very difficult and I need a few days for things to settle a
bit.
