QIMENU can replace mintMenu

Please translate it and post it here in good English! 
im Anhang ist ein QIMENU-0.1.0-rc1.tar.xz , es beinhaltet auch ein gtkdialog-0.8..srpm und
einen Ordner der usr-share-theme-name heißt und die entsprechende QIMENU.rc und Grafiken
beinhaltet, die QIMENU.rc nur neben der Theme-eigenen gtk.rc ablegen und die gtk.rc
mit folgender Zeile im Head editieren:
include QIMENU.rc
-dann sollten die notebooktabs als transparen und alles ohne störende Ränder erscheinen. :)
Wer will kann einen Launcher im Panel bauen und da nur /WoLiegtEs?/QImenu als Command to Execute
eintragen.
Beim Start einer DE wie XFCE ;) sollte man die pre- QIMENU.sh ausführen lassen, diese erstellt
aus den /usr/share/applications/*.desktop Files entsprechende Listen die für QImenu nötig sind.
Derzeit ist der Lagerort auf /home/$USER/tmp/QIMENU eingestellt.
Bitte testet es und wer es kann, sollte bitte den code der pre-QIMENU.sh verbessern!
