How did you choose your Affixes??

I may have to choose an affix if Dizzy has puppies, so I was wondering
how those with them, chose them?? I wanted to use our house name but
that's already taken.

Mine wasn't my first choice, that was Whiterose (being a Yorkshire lass
originally) and not sure why it wasn't allowed, my other choice was
Blackdale (which was the road we lived in at the time) but that was already
used by someone in Ireland so Highforce was chosen - High Force is the
highest waterfall in the UK (in Co Durham so a tenuous link to the north!!)
and is both spectacular when in full flow as well as beautiful, something I
hope that my dogs are!!

Could you add something to your house name?
We call our house "The Ranch" as in "see you back at the ranch".
Our first Vizsla's pet name is Csilla and our second is Eszti, both are
Hungarian and mean star.
Our affix is Ranchstar.
