AFAIK, Unraid's parity protection can ONLY work with single device pools. That doesn't mean you can't use a multi device pool as YOUR main array in Unraid though, it just won't be part of the parity1, parity2, disk1, disk2 etc. array, but it can participate in the user share system. Whether or not you will still be required to have one volume of whatever format in the disk1 slot for 6.12, probably, but I don't know.

A cell-mediated mutagenesis assay employing cultured primary SENCAR keratinocytes for the metabolism of promutagens, and V-79 fibroblasts as target cells for the resulting genotoxic metabolites, was used to survey the effects of murine beta-interferon (IFN-beta) on 7,12-dimethylbenz[a]anthracene (DMBA) and benzo[a]pyrene (BP)-dependent mutagenesis and cytotoxicity. Pre-incubation of the keratinocyte cultures with greater than 100 units/ml IFN-beta, but not mock IFN, partially inhibited DMBA (25-60%) and BP (25-63%) dependent mutagenesis, but had little effect on the cytotoxicities of these agents. The level of inhibition was influenced by the length of keratinocyte pre-incubation with IFN-beta, and the concentration of IFN-beta, and the number of keratinocytes per nmol of promutagen. IFN-beta dependent inhibition of DMBA mutagenesis correlated with alterations in DMBA metabolism, including a decrease in the intra- and extracellular concentrations of the proximal promutagen (+/-) trans-DMBA-3,4-dihydrodiol.

Unraid OS Version 6.12.6 is now available. This release reverts the ZFS bug mitigation from 6.12.5 and replaces it with the actual fix released by the OpenZFS team less than 18 hours ago. There are also some IPv6 fixes.

DnaSP, DNA Sequence Polymorphism, is a software package for the analysis of DNA polymorphisms using data from a single locus (a multiple sequence aligned -MSA data), or from several loci (a Multiple-MSA data, such as formats generated by some assembler RAD-seq software).DnaSP can estimate several measures of DNA sequence variation within and between populations in noncoding, synonymous or nonsynonymous sites, or in various sorts of codon positions), as well as linkage disequilibrium, recombination, gene flow and gene conversion parameters. Moreover, DnaSP can conduct a number of neutrality tests, such as (among other), the Hudson, Kreitman and Aguadé (1987), Tajima (1989), McDonald and Kreitman (1991), Fu and Li (1993), and Fu (1997), Ramos-Onsins and Rozas (2002), Achaz (2009) tests, and compute their confidence intervals by the coalescent. The results of the analyses are displayed on tabular and graphic form.Input Data Files:

  • A single MSA (one genomic region) in a number of file formats such as FASTA, NEXUS, MEGA, NBRF, PHYLIP, etc. [from version 1]
  • A single MSA storing DNA sequence information (haplotype) along with their frequency, in ARP format (Excoffier and Lischer 2010) [version 6 and newer]
  • A multi-MSA File in *.alleles, *.loci and *.fa file formats (generated by PyRAD and STACKS softwares; -Eaton et al. 2014; Catchen et al. 2013), as well as VCF formats (Danecek et al. 2011) [version 6 and newer]

In our previous report, which described the rapid development of PDAC in an established genetically engineered mouse (GEM) model, we demonstrated that the PDAC and immortalized pancreatic ductal cell lines established from mice grew to form tubular structures and spheres in 3D culture21. In the present study, we used these cell lines to study the roles of TGF-β signaling in the formation of tubes in 3D culture conditions, because TGF-β signaling promoted the formation of tubular structures from spheroids consisting of mammary gland epithelial cells22. Moreover, an earlier study demonstrated that blocking TGF-β signaling increased the differentiation of the epithelial phenotype on the spheroids formed16. Here, we recapitulated the clonal growth of PDAC and immortalized pancreatic duct cell lines in 3D culture and demonstrated that tube-forming growth relies on the TGF-β-signaling-induced fading epithelial phenotype. Conversely, the elimination of TGF-β signaling diminished the tube-forming growth by increasing the number of spheres with epithelial adhesion. Furthermore, the expression of TGF-β-signaling targets was altered, with a phenotypic shift from the tube- to the sphere-forming growth in both PDAC and immortalized pancreatic duct cell lines.

To determine whether TGF-β-signaling activation occurred with the increase of the tube-forming growth, we evaluate the mRNA expression in the pancreas of genetically engineered mice (TKC mice)21. TKC mice rapidly develop PDAC, the histoarchitecture of which is the massive tube-forming growth of pancreatic cancer, while wild-type and tsTAg-expressing (TC) mice do not develop pancreatic cancer21. Figure 5 shows the representative results obtained regarding the mRNA expression of the TGF-β-signaling target genes. The higher number of Fn1, MMP2, and Snai1 transcripts detected in TKC mice compared with WT mice suggests the existence of a correlation between the tube-forming growth of PDAC and the upregulation of transcripts including Fn1, MMP2, and Snai1 (Fig. 5a,d,e).

The difference between the results of the 3D culture and the transplantation experiment, i.e., the limited tube-forming growth driven by TGF-β signaling in 3D culture, was perplexing. In fact, the number of formed tube structures never exceeded the number of coexisting spherical-structures in 3D culture, while tube-forming growth occupied most areas of the tumor. While the detection of Fn1, MMP2, and Snai1 expression may represent a reliable method to recognize the tube-forming growth of PDAC based on the activation of TGF-β signaling, further studies are needed to understand the differential responsiveness to TGF-β-signaling activation.

Previously, Anaconda did not display any details, for example, device number, WWPN, or LUN for the zFCP and iSCSI multipath storage devices. As a consequence, it was difficult to select the correct installation destination from the Installation Destination > Add a disk screen. With this update, Anaconda now displays WWID identifiers for zFCP and iSCSI multipath devices. As a result, you can now easily identify and select the desired installation destination on the advanced storage device screen.

A hypothetical data set was created to illustrate two methods of estimatingrelative risks using SAS. The outcome generated is called lenses, to indicate ifthe hypothetical study participants require corrective lenses by the time theyare 30 years old. Assume all participants do not need them at a baselineassessment when they are 10 years old.
